Elizabeth R.P. Bowen is a successful complex litigation attorney and a Jacksonville, Florida native. After successfully litigating cases on the basis of e-discovery, and working as a Project Manager for an international e-discovery full-service platform, Ms. Bowen joined Morgan & Morgan’s complex litigation practice to establish a state of the art E-Discovery practice to serve the needs Morgan & Morgan and outside entities.
Prior to her E-Discovery leadership role, Ms. Bowen was a partner in a firm handling complex business litigation, Chapter 11 reorganizations, adversary proceedings and dischargeability litigation. Ms. Bowen also has a financial services background and has served as both a bank officer and Resolution Manager for the FDIC. Ms. Bowen began her career working for Charles E. Bennett (D-FL), in Washington, D.C. and spent over a decade litigating complex international trade cases before the International Trade Commission and representing clients in unfair trade practice actions before the United States Trade Representative.
